Όλοι οι δρόμοι της ναυτιλίας οδηγούν στο Greek Maritime Golf Event, το σπουδαίο ναυτιλιακό τουρνουά γκολφ που θα διεξαχθεί για 7η χρονιά στις 3-5 Σεπτεμβρίου 2021, στην Costa Navarino, στη Μεσσηνία.
Τουρνουά με ασφάλεια
Το Greek Maritime Golf Event, θα συγκεντρώσει διακεκριμένα στελέχη της ελληνικής ναυτιλίας που θα αγωνιστούν στον απόλυτα ασφαλή προορισμό της Costa Navarino, με ένα αυστηρό υγειονομικό πρωτόκολλο το οποίο θέσπισε η διοργάνωση και έλαβε την έγκριση της Υγειονομικής Επιστημονικής Επιτροπής της Γενικής Γραμματείας Αθλητισμού. Η αγωνιστική δράση
Οι ομάδες του τουρνουά, αποτελούμενες από τέσσερις παίκτες, η κάθε ομάδα, θα αγωνιστούν, στα δύο signature γήπεδα 18 οπών The Dunes Course και The Bay Course. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, το Σάββατο 4 Σεπτεμβρίου, οι συμμετέχοντες θα λάβουν μέρος σε έναν αγώνα shotgun scramble που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο The Dunes Course, σε ένα πανέμορφο τοπίο με ελαιόδεντρα εκατοντάδων ετών. Αντίστοιχα, την Κυριακή 5 Σεπτεμβρίου, οι γκολφέρ θα λάβουν προαιρετικά μέρος στον αγώνα two (2) ball better ball (3/4 hcp) που θα διεξαχθεί στο The Bay Course, με εξαιρετική θέα στον ιστορικό κόλπο του Ναυαρίνου και στο γραφικό λιμάνι της Πύλου.
Οι ομάδες θα διεκδικήσουν διακρίσεις και στα δύο γήπεδα αντίστοιχα, για την κατάκτηση των τριών πρώτων θέσεων στην γενική κατάταξη, ενώ θα υπάρξουν ειδικές βραβεύσεις στον αγώνα του Σαββάτου για τους παίκτες που θα σημειώσουν τις καλύτερες ατομικές επιδόσεις στις ειδικές κατηγορίες “Longest Drive” και “Closest to the Pin”.
Μαθήματα γκολφ
Οι μη συμμετέχοντες στο τουρνουά θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να κάνουν μαθήματα γκολφ το Σάββατο 4 Σεπτεμβρίου και να λάβουν μέρος στο putting competition που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο The Dunes Course.
Η Ναυτιλία στηρίζει το ΚΑΡΚΙΝΑΚΙ
Το Σάββατο 4 Σεπτεμβρίου, η βραδιά απονομής των νικητών θα είναι λαμπερή και θα κρύβει πολλές εκπλήξεις και δώρα για τους συμμετέχοντες. Την παρουσίαση της θα αναλάβουν από κοινού ο θρύλος της Ευρωλίγκα, Joe Arlauckas και η Ιωάννα Παπαδημητρίου, μοντέλο με διεθνή καριέρα.
Για πρώτη φορά σε συνεργασία με το μοναδικό πρακτορείο στην Ευρώπη που ασχολείται με το εμπόριο αθλητικών καρτών και αναμνηστικών Trace ‘n Chase, θα πραγματοποιηθεί silent auction, στο οποίο θα δημοπρατηθούν αντικείμενα θρύλων του γκολφ όπως οι Gary Player, Tiger Woods, Roy Mcllroy και αθλητών παγκόσμιας κλάσης, όπως μεταξύ άλλων του πρωταθλητή & MVP των τελικών του NBA, Γιάννη Αντετοκούνμπο, του NFL, Tom Brady και του τένις, Serena Williams.
Η ναυτιλιακή κοινότητα, αναμένεται για ακόμα μία χρονιά να «αγκαλιάσει» και να στηρίξει έμπρακτα τον καλό σκοπό της διοργάνωσης, καθώς κατά τη διάρκεια της βραδιάς απονομής οι συμμετέχοντες θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να συνεισφέρουν το ποσό που επιθυμούν απευθείας στον ειδικό χώρο που θα έχει διαμορφωθεί. Το ποσό που θα συλλέξει συνολικά η διοργάνωση θα διατεθεί στην Αστική Μη Κερδοσκοπική Εταιρεία ΚΑΡΚΙΝΑΚΙ που διεκδικεί παρέμβαση στην προσπάθεια ο καρκίνος παιδικής και εφηβικής ηλικίας να πάψει να είναι θέμα ταμπού, αλλά και να βρεθούν όσο το δυνατό περισσότεροι σύμμαχοι ώστε κάθε παιδί που νοσεί να έχει πρόσβαση σε υψηλού επιπέδου νοσηλεία, αποτελεσματική θεραπεία και, τελικά, δικαίωμα στη ζωή.

All shipping routes lead to the Greek Maritime Golf Event, the great maritime golf tournament that will be held for the 7th year on September 3-5, 2021, in Costa Navarino, Messinia.
Safe tournaments
The Greek Maritime Golf Event will bring together distinguished members of Greek shipping who will compete in the absolutely safe destination of Costa Navarino, with a strict health protocol established by the organization and approved by the Health Scientific Committee of the General Secretariat of Sports.
Tournament action
The four-player tournament teams will compete in the two 18-hole signature courts, The Dunes Course and The Bay Course. More specifically, on Saturday, September 4, participants will take part in a shotgun scramble race that will take place at The Dunes Course, in a beautiful landscape with hundreds of years old olive trees. Respectively, on Sunday, September 5, golfers will optionally take part in the two (2) ball better ball (3/4 hcp) competition that will be held at The Bay Course, with excellent views of the historic bay of Navarino and the picturesque port of Pylos .
The teams will claim distinctions in both courses respectively, for winning the first three places in the overall standings, while there will be special awards in Saturday’s match for the players who will score the best individual performances in the special categories “Longest Drive” and ” Closest to the Pin ”.
Golf lessons
Non-tournament participants will have the opportunity to take golf lessons on Saturday 4 September and take part in the putting competition to be held at The Dunes Course.

On Saturday, September 4, the night of the winners will be bright and will hold many surprises and gifts for the participants. The presentation will be undertaken jointly by the Euroleague legend, Joe Arlauckas and internationally renown model Ioanna Papadimitriou.
For the first time, in collaboration with Trace ‘n Chase, the only sports card and souvenir dealer in Europe, a silent auction will be held, auctioning golf legend items from such athletes as Gary Player, Tiger Woods, Roy Mcllroy and world-class athletes, including NBA Finals Champion & MVP Giannis Antetokoumpo, NFL Champion Tom Brady and tennis player Serena Williams.
The shipping community is expected for another year to “embrace” and actively support the beneficent purpose of the event, as during the award night the participants will have the opportunity to contribute the amount they want directly to the special space that will be formed. The total amount that the event will raise will be donated to the Urban Non-Profit Company KARKINAKI, which claims to intervene in the effort to stop childhood and adolescent cancer being a taboo subject, but also to find as many allies as possible so that every child with the disease has access to high quality care, effective treatment and, ultimately, the right to life.
